Why don't they get it? ((Open))

Aphrodite had stuck into the cabins made for her daughters before anybody had woken up. She'd waited quietly and patiently for camp tp wake up. She had chosen her shape for a change, a young girl of around fifteen years old with long blonde hairs and startling blue eyes. The girl that you know would be voted prom queen before the election had even been invented. She was dressed in a style fitting her chosen form perfectly, although she'd chosen for basic clothes, nothing too stylish. Just a pink simple tank top and jeans with a simple necklace, a few small bracelets and pumps with extremely high heels, pink of course. She was the stereotype of her own daughters, pretty, shallow and pretending to rule the world. The girl other girls often evied and hated at the same time, without knowing what they were really like.

Aphrodite herself hated the stereotype as most of her daughters were nothing like it. True, she had a few conceited brats among her children but most of them were just pretty girls, sometimes shy, other times brave but always the types to choose love over all other things. In other words, quite wise if you asked their mother. They couldn't possibly be expected to do a lot of math or other things that would get them stamped as geeks, although they would have been the prettiest nerd in the bunch, being her daughters. Another mistake people often made was the presumtion that most of her children were female, something Aphrodite simple couldn't understand. Was it because boys were usually a lot more afraid to show it when they were in love? After all, she knew boys could love just as good as girls could, if not better sometimes and so it would be odd if she wouldn't accept or give birth to boys. It was utterly confounding to Aphrodite that people wouldn't understand it if she claimed one of her sons. She just had to hope they wouldn't be embarressed of her, which irritated her.

Aphrodite watched as other people gathered around, waiting to talk to somebody. She wanted to know what the demigods were currently feeling and experiencing and mingling was a very good way to find out. Aphrodite smiled without cruelty but not really with warmth as a demigod approached her. "Well hello you!" She greeted cheerfully. She was good at this, deception and being pretty at the same time. Well, being pretty and loving people was actually what she did best. Aphrodite could nearly always find the right things to say when people were sad so that felt loved again. Romantic love was just a nice hobby on the side, and a very obvious one. "I don't think we've met. I'm Alexis Rue Sealiti, daughter of Aphrodite." She introduced her secret indentity. She smiled and put a stray lock of shining blonde hair back behind her ear, revealing a very larg golden earring with diamonds. Yes, Alexis Rue, her actual daughter, was that rich. Yet the girl was very young and not aware of her destiny or riches yet. A thing Aphrodite didn't intend to change anytime soon.
